SHAMORGA
SHAMORGA is a one-man project of Estonian musician Wolos. Both as a musician and a member of his label Unholy Icon, Wolos has established himself as a unique voice in new music. Focusing on the horrors of black metal and ambient, his music is darkly magical and deeply atmospheric, inspired by his signature surrealism. A tireless explorer of sound, Wolos approaches songwriting using raw guitars as a dark noise from the depths of hell, analog and digital manipulation to create a virtually endless array of tones and textures. Sound fragments are freed from their original context and take on astonishing new forms, creating works that transcend time and genre.
